Albert was the Inspector at Stourport from 1941 to 1950.   The Police Station was in York Street during his time there. As far as I am aware he lived at two addresses in Stourport: 23 Severn Road, also known as Mitton Lodge and 25 Lickhill Road which was a police house.

I have taken photographs of the two houses, which are below. Unfortunately, 23 Severn Road was difficult to photograph because of the conifer trees in the front garden. 23 is the house to the right side of the two Victorian semi-detached houses,  the one with all the trees.  I hope this makes sense!

The bottom two photographs are the former police station in York Street, where AHC was the Inspector and the Haven Cinema in Lickhill Road,
